Regarding the Artificial Person and Creature of the Law

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: This Public Record serves as an Irrevocable Notarial Protest against any and all commercial presentments from corporate entities. It is a universal instrument of DISHONOR for cause and stands as perfected law. By its public recording, all agents are deemed to have been served notice.
I. Identification of Parties
This claim distinguishes between the two primary parties involved in all commercial-legal matters:
- The Man: The living, breathing, flesh-and-blood soul with a conscience; the creditor and beneficiary.
- The Ens Legis: The "creature of the law," the artificial person, the legal fiction, the transmitting utility created by the State to serve as the debtor. Hereafter referred to as the ENS LEGIS.
Definition: `Ens Legis` (Latin): "A creature of the law." An artificial being, as contrasted with a natural person. It is a legal fiction created by a legal system to which rights and duties can be attached, such as a corporation or trust. All claims, charges, and presentments from the State are made against this entity, not the living man.
II. Universal Dishonor & Estoppel
All presentments directed at the ENS LEGIS are hereby dishonored for cause, the cause being the foundational fraud of joinder—the attempt to compel the man to answer for the debts of the artificial person. The State's failure to rebut this publicly recorded fact constitutes its ESTOPPEL BY ACQUIESCENCE. The argument is over. The fact is established.
III. Self-Executing Security Agreement
Any agent who attempts to enforce a claim against the ENS LEGIS by making demands upon the man, after this notice is publicly recorded, does so in their private capacity and confirms their acceptance of the following non-negotiable security agreement:
